Shares of Suven Life Sciences gained 2 percent after company entered into a stalking-horse asset purchase agreement to buy the assets of Aceto Corporation’s Rising Pharmaceuticals and Rising subsidiaries through its joint venture partner Shore Suven Pharma, Inc.
